3 Day Workout Split


Ive created this workout plan to make things easier on you and take the guessing out your gym time.  Having a plan to stick with is the biggest problem for most people.  This plan is geared towards beginners or folks that are crunched for time.  You will no longer stress about your workout routine.  This program will cover all the bases and put you on the road to making gains!  Also included is all the answers to common workout questions.  Ive covered all the big topics concerning weightlifting and making progress.
